"International Hotel Services (IHS) became a business partner to the Sydney Marriott Hotel in the second quarter of 2010. This venture was the largest staff-affecting program the Hotel has undertaken in its 19 year history.
The planning and execution was very transparent thus minimizing any team discomfort or morale issues. All meetings and adjustments were met with complete understanding and with vision. This is a credit to Con (CEO) and Nikki (GM).
All Marriott International housekeeping systems and standards have been maintained at the high level we expect and, in some case, exceeded.
