International Hotel Services (IHS) is Australia’s dedicated hospitality cleaning specialist, created from the Bayton Group’s 60-year legacy of service excellence. From boutique stays to international five-star resorts, we support hotels with people, systems and care that keep operations seamless behind the scenes.

Our History and Experience

Founded in 1998 as a dedicated division of Bayton, International Hotel Services (IHS) was established to focus exclusively on the unique demands of hospitality. For over 25 years, we’ve supported hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, student living providers and entertainment venues with teams who understand the pace, precision and discretion required in guest environments.

Our experience spans the full spectrum of accommodation, mobilising new hotel openings, supporting long-term portfolios, and scaling resources during seasonal surges and major events. Along the way, we’ve introduced specialist training, ISO-aligned systems, and our ClearSight platform to give clients confidence that every shift is delivered to standard.

This history means IHS is more than a service provider, we are a trusted hospitality partner with the capability to meet today’s pressures and anticipate tomorrow’s needs.
